TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — VERSSALE
1. PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the website www.verssale.com
(hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. PURPOSE
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Verssale.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the website www.verssale.com.
Verssale strives to ensure the greatest possible accuracy in the description and presentation of its products. However, slight differences may exist, particularly regarding colors depending on the screens used.
Personalized items, including zodiac sign t-shirts, are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a proven manufacturing defect is identified.
4. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping costs are not included and are added at checkout depending on the selected delivery method.
Verssale reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. ORDERS
The Customer confirms the order by accepting these T&Cs and proceeding with payment.
An order confirmation email summarizing the purchase will be sent by Verssale to the email address provided by the Customer.
Verssale reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute, non-payment, or suspicion of fraud.
6. PAYMENT
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay or any other payment methods offered by the Shopify platform
The Customer’s banking information is never stored or retained by Verssale.
7. DELIVERY
Deliveries are carried out by Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Chronopost, according to the Customer’s choice at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Colissimo: 2 to 5 business days
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 business days
- Chronopost: 1 to 2 business days
Verssale cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or exceptional circumstances such as strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification or penalties.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the error is attributable to Verssale.
⚠️ Exception: Personalized items (including zodiac sign t-shirts) cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
9. WARRANTIES
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
In the event of non-conformity or defect, the Customer must contact contact@verssale.com as soon as possible and provide supporting photographs.
10. LIABILITY
Verssale cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
11. PERSONAL DATA
The data collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing and delivery purposes.
Verssale undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties.
For further details, the Customer may consult the Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the website.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Sedan (Ardennes), unless otherwise required by law.
